We need to use RFID and barcode reader feature in an Android application using MC3300. RFID reader works well with RFID API3 Lib v2.0.02 library. We are looking for a solution to integrate barcode reading functionality. so how to integrate the same?

Thanks in Advance

Unlike using the RFD series of Mobile Sleds with integrated Scanner; The MC33x0R / MC33x0XR and the RFD40 STD (eConnex) devices - use the Zebra Android Platform barcode scan engine which uses Datawedge.

Developer information about Datawedge is found here:

https://techdocs.zebra.com/datawedge/13-0/guide/about/

And there are some Sample Code examples - ( I recommend the "Basic Intent" and the "Data Capture" samples as the best to start with.) in this portal:

The RFID SDK does contain barcode support for the integrated scanner - but this is not compatible with Datawedge in the same manner as the BT Connected ring scanners such as the RS5100 / RS6100 devices are.
