We've received reports in the field where the GS1 data parsing feature in the latest version of 123Scan (version 6.0, build 33) is not functional; all of the fields will be grayed out. This is a known issue and our engineering team is working on a fix. 

As a temporary workaround, we recommend uninstalling 123Scan and installing a confirmed stable version. Below is a link to download version 6.0, build 28:
