I am developing an Android application for a client, and I need to print customer name and card number to cards using ZC350 connected to the same local network. Which API / protocol I need to use to send print job to ZC350? The printer is on 192.168.1.95:9100.

The starting point for developers is the Printer Support portal itself so start here:

From there you will find the SDK portal for the support:
https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printer-software/developer-tools/card-sdk.html
As you will see from that series of Links, the Link-OS Multiplatform SDK Support - indicates that this supports the ZC350 platform.
Please note: This is only the beginning - since Card Printing needs a lot more support / setup than what I am indicating here.
