Zebra CoreScanner Linux SDK having issue of CoreScanner service not Active in command line

I have a device DS3608 DP device and connected to my Ubuntu system. I have the sample code from your website for command line but when I run it always give me an error message "Corescanner is not active". I have installed all required packages but still it is giving this error . SO I need a technical help on this.

Zebra scanner SDK 4.4.1

$ ./corescanner-console-app Zebra Scanner Sample Application ==================================== Corescanner service is not Active.
