we have a problem with Zebra ZD220 .
Each time the device prints one blank label in plus.
What is the solution for ?
Is it a bug ?

It looks like the printer is not calibrated for the media properly. Please refer to the ZD220 User's Guid for the instructions of the media calibration. Once the printer is calibrated, make sure the label length is not altered accidentally. Sometime, the ^LL in the ZPL script sent to the printer changes the label length without notice.
