Need to figure out how to get notified that a connected reader sent a LLRP message type 62 Keepalive using the Symbol.RFID3 assembly in .NET. I know the reader is periodically sending it as I can see it in a network trace, but there is no event for this identified in the API.
Impinj has this as a native event type and our customers have come to depend on its use, especially for enterprise device monitoring. We are trying to switch to FX readers but this is a missing important feature for us. I can eliminate using the RFID tools from Zebra entirely and write this in sockets to use LLRP natively... or switch back to Impinj. Any ideas (using debug or trace messages?) would help, but I haven't seen a way to get the keepalive notifications.
