Has anyone every had a cordless LS4278 or DS6878 cause the POS system USB keyboard to not work? When setting up the scanners as 1)Set all defaults, and 2) IBM-USB Hand-held, both the 4278 and 6879 cause the keyboard not to work If I use an LS2208 in the same system, the LS2208 and the POS keyboard work just fine. I am using the standard, 7ft USB series A cable, and no power supply.  There is no OPOS in use(or so they tell me). Also, If start up the POS system with the LS2208 and its working, then if i hot swap the 2208 for either cordless scanner, I can get one scan to take into the POS, and then the scanner no longer works. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi Chris, Do you know if the battery on the LS4278 is fully charge already as this could be one reason why it may take one scan but the other thing to check is the USB com ports and see if there are any errors/conflicts when you swap from the 2208 to the 4278. Mark
