I have a customer having issues sourcing any of the SD cards on our list of supported cards. They are asking if they can use the following? SanDisk 2 GB SD card, model #SDSDB-2048-A10 Anyone aware of any issues with this one? It will be used for OS updates, not long term application data reads/writes. Chris

As I remember correctly in the early days it was an issue with the IPL / Monitor. The OS itself was able to support 2GB.

Hi Chris, this is the basic SanDisk standard SD Card. We are using it in some projects over here in Germany and it did not show any issues so far. It is a robust one, not the fastest in the market, but fast enough even for offline Java apps running on MC3090 and on MC3190. Best Regards Juergen

maybe not an issue with your case, but just in case - we had issues with the older versions of BSPs (BSP26 and earlier?) trying to read sd cards bigger than 1Gb. I believe the later versions only will support 2Gb.
