Thomas; All Settings Objects are described in the On-Line Help, not in the document, but sadly, all options EXCEPT the one you are asking about are covered in the MSP 3.3.1 On-Line Help. We will fix that for the next release. For now, the Close Apps option controls whether the MSP Agent attempts to safely shut down all running applications before it initiates any Reboot. Safely shutting down applications before rebooting can improve safety by ensuring that open files that have been modified are closed and hence committed to the file system before a reboot. Doing so can prevent corruption of the file system, but it also adds significant time to the reboot. Allan
