Hi, I have Motorola MC3190G devices with WM6.5 but cannot Hard Reset them. The User Guide says to press 1, 9 and power keys at the same time and release for Hard Reset. Practically, this does not happen and the device only Soft Resets and displays Home screen. The installed programs are not removed, and also the calibration screen does not appear on Start up (as required). Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
