I am looking for any references regarding NITZ support on the ES400. How can one test if NITZ is supported or enabled in the device? I have seen the "sync to current time zone" setting but that I am not sure if this has much to do with nitz. thanks in advance

You have to determine if your GSM provider supports this. but the setting found under Time 'sync to current time zone' controls NITZ. so leave it enabled. You can also test with a MC7596 or MC75A6 , MC9596 and see if you provider has NITZ support. these devices have NITZ also enabled out of box.
