The ES400 is defaulted to the Fusion software for network setup so if you try and use that it will ask you for all kinds of information better suited for the enterprise.  If you are trying to connect your device to your home AP, you need to switch it to Windows which will then find avilable networks and you can then select your SSID, input your WEP key and connect.
