Stylus

Hi, Is the ES400S supposed to come with a stylus? I assume so from the documentation and setup instructions. When I opened my advocate device one was not included. If one is supposed to be included I will follow up with Tim Messersmith. Thanks, Neil

The stylus should be in the device itself, not loose in the box. If you look at the back of the phone, it would be inserted in the top left corner.  The top of the stylus is a black almost triangle.  If you have a gap at that location, then the stylus is missing, but it was there on mine. Yes. If you look at the back cover, the stylus is located in the upper left-hand corner (two black groves). Use your finger to slide it up.

I didnt rec one either. Same issue with the wizard not finding the software for the phone.
