MC9596 -- Losing GPS data for extended time periods

5) 2287736 Customer reports gaps of up to 2 hours in GPS data on multiple MC9596. I want to know if eMscript can capture GPS data simultaneously while a third-party GPS software is capturing data.Or do I need to just run eMscript with no other GPS software.

Howard, also good to check the 2 following HF for MC9596 WM 6.1  they fixed something similar for a couple of customers here in EMEA.

emscript should co-exist as it uses a different software/virtual port.
