Customer receives these error messages constantly on their standby RFS7000. We do not see this error on the primary. Were running 4.2.0 but upgraded to 4.3.4 (for other reasons) and stilll seeing the issue.

Can someone explain this error and why I am only seeing it on the standby controller?

Verify the clock and timezone on both controllers and verify that they point to the same (reachable) ntp server. Sometimes if the clock is off by too much, a system can't sync with NTP.
This issue has been resolved in v4.4 via SPR #19464. Version 4.4 is released and posted on Support Central.
