Dear Sir,
I have mc2180 device. in this error message is showing." select required operation" and the options are:
1)Download from SD card.
2) download from USB.
3) Exit.
I installed the OS through SD card but still, same options are coming. Please help.

Two possibilities come to mind.
Make sure you are loading the proper OS for this device. If it is a CE Core device, make sure you are loading a CE Core OS.
Make sure the scanner trigger is not stuck down somehow. This device will go into bootloader mode if you hold the scan trigger when booting.
