Hi,
We bought a second MC65 handheld for our hospitality pos system but we cannot enter any settings or access the windows start menu
There seems tot be a password on it
Even a Windows CE image restore or clean boot can't remove it. Any advice?

Hello Nico,
On a product page MC65 Mobile Computer Support & Downloads | Zebra you can see that MC65 has been discontinued at June 30, 2015. However it still supported until September 30, 2020.
So I believe you can address your problem to Zebra Technologies support.
After support for your device will be discontinued you may also consider to move on replacement model MC67:
