I have a customer that is having issues when they try to run their Application. They sometimes see squares going across the title bar from Left to Right when they try to run the app.  I have attached a video to show what is going on. They have to boot to get the app to start running. We think it might be a memory issue, but cannot put our finger on it. Any thoughts?
