Hi,
I’m writing because some of our users occurred an issues with the Zebra RFID R90.
In fact, all android users on Google Pixel are not able to pair the scanner with their phone.
It works on the other brands and models but not on all Google Pixels.
We tried on our side and in fact, we are not able to pair the scanner with the Google Pixel except if we active the “Developer mode” and in the developer settings we active the “Bluetooth LE (low energy)” toggle.
We can’t ask to our users to do this actions because it’s misunderstanding and a lot of Google Pixel not handle the Bluetooth LE.
Can you help us to fix this issue or do you have specific steps to fix this with the scanners ?
I’m really waiting for your answer.
Thank you for your future help

Can you install 123RFID Mobile from the Play store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zebra.rfidreaderAPI.demo
and then test that the NFC tap to pair functionality is working on the Pixel? If it is , I think that the issue is specifically with the Bluetooth discovery functionality of the Pixel and the easiest solution is to either use NFC for pairing or enter the MAC address of the RFD90 manually
