Hi Y.Sato I did a quick search at http://findit.symbol.com/search/splash.jsp for KBIOS. I found case number 1546068, with the following explanation from Engineering about KBIOS: KBIOS standards for KiloBytes In/Out per Second. It is a measure of the load on that AP. The same figure is advertised by the AP on the RF in a proprietary info element (Beacons and Probe Resp). Symbol clients use this information when making a roam decision. The same info is in AP-to-AP messages on the wire, which is where the Known AP info comes from. I don't know if AP-to-AP message from AP4131 will be interpreted correctly by AP5131, but the info is in there also. The customer may be seeing 0 if that AP really has no load. Hope this helps Alex
