Can someone confirm what happens when you delete a device from MSP 3.2? Should the device check back into MSP, say after 15 minutes or will it be permanently gone, unless you restage the device? Many thanks!

Even if a device is deleted from MSP, if the device continues to checkin to the Relay Server and places discovery docs there, MSP will continue to pick up those discovery docs and will restore the device in the MSP device list.
Thanks Andrew, so provided the device is still on the network and can still access the Relay Server it should reappear in MSP in the Device Status screen?
That's correct, just keep in mind you will lose any historical data that may have been collected from that device (if using data collection).
