One of our customers has asked if it is possible to increase the time-out of the MSP application user login so that the MSP web pages don't keep asking for the user to log back into MSP so frequently. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how it can be changed? Many thanks

No, this time out cannot currently be changed via any supported UI. However, if the UI is open on any page that is set to auto-refresh, then the time out will never occur. Note that you can also have more than one UI page open in your browser at a time. As long as at least one page of the UI that is open in the browser is set to auto-refresh, then NONE of the pages of the UI that are open in the browser will time out.
