Mike, The walkie talkie connector on the bottom of the unit provides speaker/headset output.  Sinbon provides the cable which connects to a push-to-talk handset.  The handset has an integrated speaker.  In addition, the handset also has a jack for a corded headset.  You may be able to plug speakers into this jack or just use the speaker that's built into the handset.  See http://compass.mot.com/go/mobilecomputingaccessories for P/N and ordering info.
