Hi Team, My customer has bought 16 units of new PPT8846, but they found 7 units can't copy data to Application folder. Try to Refresh the OS, but can't resolve this issue. Is it hardware issue? Any related experience share will be appreciated. Thanks Francisco

The SPR referencing this issue is SPR#16188
Hi the device may be having p30 flash (i.e. 2008 manufactured). if so currently the solution for it under implementation as intel release a erratum for this issue (as its problem with P30 flash controller) so need to change flash driver, Thanks Sayiram K N

There is an SPR open for this now. I suggest opening a support case and having that case added to the SPR.
