Per George: 1. WM6.1 supports 32768 processes 2. The Virtual Memory Space Limitation is still 32 MB, but its handled differently now. There are 3 process slots for dlls now, the OS related driver have been moved to a new slot, and they have implemented a mechanism to move drivers to high memory.
WM6.1 has a process limit or 32768 processes. There is still a 32MB limit per process space for VM. However, Microsoft has restructured virtual memory in that they have allocated two addition slots for DLLs and have moved the OS related drivers to a new slot. Also, they have improved the mechanisms to load drivers to upper memory.
