Team, we are currently in trials at a Hospital in Canada with our TEAM solution integrated into a Cisco 7.X UCM and our CA50 running rev. B connecting into the same PBX. I will be providing updates on Devcentral and answering questions for anyone who is interested in learning more and if anyone has any recommendations we would appreciate them. Our hope is that this mini blog will provide other area's the information they need for successful deployments. We are using Globestar Systems Connexall client to integrate the CA50 and EWP phones into the customers Nurse Call system. Due to the strategic nature of this deployment we have engaged the CEC Task Force to assist in this trial and have nothing but praises for the team.ArchitectureWireless: The solution is connected on a Cisco Wireless with AP1250 and controller setup. Currently our solution is running on 802.11G but the CEC BU has recommended that we move to 802.11a, Does anyone have any recommendations on how to tweak the cisco infrastructure to optimize voice?PBX: Cisco UCM 7.0Motorola: WSM 1.7, UCA Server 1.0.5 with Rev 58 on the CA50. IssuesIssue 1: EWP to EWP voice was not working but call was able to be established. We had noticed that the call controls were going up but then the voice would not work, after a bit of testing we realised that Peer-to-peer was disabled on the Cisco Controller and because the Call control went thru the WSM and not directly to the peer it was able to establish the connection but as the voice went directly between both EWP phones it would not work.Issue 2: We are losing voice when roaming from 1 AP to the other for extended periods, about 10-30 seconds later the voice comes back. We think it might be a Layer 2 issue and the customer is upgrading his switches but any idea would be appreciated.Issue 3:  CA50 don't support EAP-TLS for this reason we needed to create a second wireless lan using PSK TKIP.Current StateEWP Phones are up and running but still not deployed to users for testing. Voice quality is an issue but the customer is upgrading his wiring closets to Cisco6509, Customer has engaged a 3rd party to validate his wireless network and make sure it is ready for voice.Nurse Call integration on the EWP seems to be working very well we tested alerts down to the devices in teh customer network and everything is going very well. The Ca50 client will be available for testing this week.CA50 needed to be upgraded to the latest version to be able to connect into the UCM and are going to be brought live on the system this week.If you have any questions or comments please reach out to myself of Keren Morales

Is the WLAN configured to support multicast?  WMM?  CCXv4?  DTIM=2? Also, found the attached on Cisco web site, in case it helps. Good luck!
