The only key available to change the Cache Disk is the size...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\drivers\builtin\ramdisk]
"size"=dword:xxxxxxxx
The default value of Cache disk is 4MB.
It looks like the next registry entries work but I have never tested them
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\RAMDisk]
"Size"=dword:01600000
"RetainDataThroughWarmBoot"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\Profiles\RAMDisk]
"Folder"=“Chuck’sDisk”
