I have a bluetooth application that prints to a VCOM port. For the most part it prints OK but infrequently it causes a popup dialog to appear(presumably from BTExplorer) with the text "UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH REMOTE DEVICE, RF COMM CONTROL MESSAGE CURRENTLY PENDING."I haven't found any doc on this error. Is there something I can do to avoid(prefered) this error or suppress it? The attachment shows the popup dialog.

Hi Brian, We have seen this error message in the past. It typically happens if you have tried to open the VCOM port while a previous connection has not completely shut down. The reason for this often times has been the remote printer taking a long time to respond. There is not way to completely prevent this dialog, and no registry keys to keep it hidden. Newer versions of BT Explorer (available on Support Central via the Product Fixes section) have seemed to help other customers see this issue less frequently. -Dave
