I have a TA who is looking for a Memory Map for the MC75 and a MC55 for development purposes. I assume he means how much flash and ram are allocated for storage, system resources, etc...

There is no specific memory map documented for these devices. Virtual memory makes this a bit difficult. I recommend that the customer use one of the CE Memory tools available on Microsoft's site and available in the ECSG compass site.
