Hi, We have purchased some MC3000 monochrome devices to provide cheaper inventory solutions to our price concious customers. The device has only 32MB of Memory. The problem is that our application is unable to install on the device, even when we have tried using an SD card. Can someone please help on how to increase the memory of device? or how to install the program on the SD memory card? Thank you for your help. When deploying from VS 2005, the error message appears as "Error 1 Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing file '\Windows\NETCFV2.wce5.armv4i.cab'. Error 0x80070070: There is not enough space on the disk. Device Connectivity Component"

don't deploy application using VS 2005. Do it manually. In that case, you can select the destination folder of .NET libraries (.Net Framework 2.0 SP 2 and higher)...

You have to copy this cab file to SD card, change memory setting to maximum storage,  manually install it and after that change memory setting to maximum RAM....

Also you can delete some files from windows folder (which are not write protected)... But you must be sure, that your program will not use these files!!!

It works even on MC1000.
