Application Loader Logging is not working

Customer having difficulties to use Application Loader. When trying to debug the issue I've asked to get the log file of the Loader - No log file. I have tried to produce such log file with no success (there by repduce the issue) Customer is using PPC2003. When using WM5.0 devices, Loader log worked perfect.
