is there any notepad for windows mobile 6.1, i dont need the word mobile, i need the notepad so that i could save my file in ".txt" not ".doc"

Many thanks for your kindly support but i need the notepad to be default save in special directory, but this notepad the user could change the location of the items saved. is there any kind of notepad for windows mobile so i could set the saved path without beeing changed??? or by other mean, how could i disable the down task bar in windows mobile so the user could not be able to go to file---save as--- change the saved location items.
