I am looking for the registry key to enable the Picklist mode of the image of MC3090 CE5.0.this I need to create a cold boot persist setting. Any help on this regards will be appreciated.

You can use the Symbol CtlPanel to create a persistent registry setting that will retain the Picklist value over cold boot. To do this clean boot the unit to go back to factory settings. Now start CtlPanel. One the front screen there is an option for Persist. Set this to TRUE. Now make the changes to the ReadParams i.e. set Picklist to TRUE. When you exit you will see a new reg file created in the Application folder. This is the registry setting you need for Picklist=TRUE. Copy this to the application folder of any MC3090 and clean boot (or just merge the setting) and it will permanently be set to TRUE.
