1. 4/5/2010 9:38 AM 2. MC7596 3. WM 6.1 BSP 35 4. 2105233 I have a customer who has 8 MC75 units with BSP 35 and the latest Camera Performance Updates. Customer complains they randomly get blurry pictures. I got 1 of the customers unit and created a program that automatically takes pictures. I then set unit up in my cradle with AC power and let the program run. Unit was absolutely still. After 1000 pics over weekend I can see random pictures are blurred. A picture occurs every 15 seconds so I can see unit was not moved, ect in between photos unless someone is REAL fast. I attached a screenshot sequence which shows fine before and after, but for 3 pictures the focus is off. Question: Should this be considered a defect SPR?

3 out of 20 is 15%. That's not very good. Yes, open an SPR.
About how many pictures of the 1000 were out of focus?
In the first 20 pictures pictures CamTest15.jpg, CamTest16.jpg, and CamTest17.jpg are off. So 3 pictures in the first 20. Also, 3 pictures in a row. I have not review all 1000 pictures.
