A partner is telling one of our customers that there is an issue with the MC9000 (no info on OS version) and the fork lift cradle (FLC9000) device.
Apparently, the MC9090 works in the fork cradle. Once it's taken out and scans a few barcodes, and then is docked back in the cradle locks up.
The partner is not the partner we are dealing with on the account and so we don't have any more details on this. But just as a preliminary query; Is this a known issue that any one has heard of? regards, Daniel

Team, just to be clear; The MC9000 OS locks up after the device is returned to the cradle. Has this been seen in the field? regards, Daniel

I have a customer with the same use scenario. They do not have the issue. They use Wavelink and a tethered LS3408 when in the cradle. They take it out when needed and put it back with no issues. They have about 70 units in that configuration.
