Hey team... Has anyone tried the RS507 pairing to a Vocollect Talkman T5? We have a partner here in Oz who is selling LXE8650 BT scanners for this application, and we would love to displace that. Is this something we can support? Has anyone tested/deployed this? Cheers, -JP

Hi All, Just curious if anyone has customers using the RS507 with the Vocollect T5? We have a customer already deployed with a couple hundred T5s today, and they're looking to add in RS507s. Apparently Vocollect does support the RS507 (they actually have instructions on setting up the RS507 BT via SPP, with paring initiated either way), but the customer isn't having any luck getting it working. They're also using a Retalix software package (which apparently does have configuration support for external BT scanners). Hoping someone has a customer with a working configuration that we might copy? Thanks, Mike
not sure it will work - it is WIN CE (btw, what version?) and you need to have drivers for RS507 on it. For Motorla devices we have installation package or we have these drivers builtin. Probably, you'd like to talk to business to get it supported.
Hi, We have no desire to help Vocollect sell their solution either. Instead we offer our own WT4090 and its WOV as well as the RCH50 voice-assisted hardware with full support of the RS507. Amnon
