Customer is using MC95 for development and 2 out of 3 devices are not able to connect to PC with active sync. PC giving popup message "USB device is not recognized" Screen shot attached. Is the above sounds familiar? Something can be done (rather cleanboot device)?

Only USB cradle was in use.

Warm, Cold or Clean boot did not resolve the issue. What SPR has been opened for this issue? Thanks,

Please let us know what accessories are being used, Single Slot cradle or USB cable?  both? There was a mechanical change made to the single slot cardle about a month or so ago to resolve this issue.  If the customer is using a single slot cradle, is it possible to get the date when these cradles were purchased? We have not seen any active sync issue w/ the USB cable.

I have seen the same issue in early units and current production units.  Currently working with Support to resolve.  Warm, Cold and clean boots do not work.  I also reloaded the OS same issue.

Hi, This is a known issue. Try this work around, warm boot the device when the device is connected to PC. First time it will show the popup and after warmbooting, device will be active synced.
