Downloaded and installed the latest CE6 R3 Osupdate on a MC3100. I was expecting IE to support finger freindly scrolling navigation and it's look and feel is similar to CE5, not WM6.5. After digging through some documentation on whats included in CE6R3 it appears some of these features should be in the release. Is the MC3190 build missing the plug in needed to support finger navigation?

Release notes state " OS - Windows CE 6.0 R3"
What Microsoft has included in CE6.0 isn't necessary coming in the device. For example - GSM Module :) You should check our PEBs to see which components were ever included in the image. http://agileplm.mot.com/AgileVault/002/296/122/agile229612239.pdf (found via TechSearch)
I dont think the existing 3190 CE6.0 Product release is based on R3.
