Customer complains for adapter is not able to connect to WLAN netwrok. Logs shows Zero IP issue but not sure if this is device problem or netwrok. Logs attached.

device never succed to autenticate. In the log I never seen that somebody answers to eapol. what is the image? what is the driver version? Is this for one specific device or many?
