Hi All I have a customer who has a web based application which is developed in Microsoft Silverlight . They now need to expand the app with a mobile component in Cab in vehichles. They are interested in the VC6000 but we need to understand if Silverlight will run in Explorer on a WM6.1 Platform? Regards

I recently looked into this for one of my customers. Silverlight will not run on Windows Mobile 6.X, and there are no plans to make it work on Windows Mobile 6.X. Opera claims to have a way to do it, but I think they are rendering the pages on a server somewhere and sending screen updates to the browser, so you would need a connection to the internet, and I think the web site may also have to be in the internet. I have not tried the Opera solution. For our customer, we started looking into using an MW810 (full Windows).
