Customer complians that after downloading the clean boot package and install it, got the following error :
DwnldApp Error: Error During Update: Image file: Not Found Function: Postdownload, Line:2228, Hr:0x1, GetLastError:6 Any ideas?

The only time I've seen anything similar is when a customer has failed to extract all the files into the root of the SD card, or into TEMP. Confirm that a) they have unzipped the download, and b) that everything is flat in the root. I know it sounds stupid, but I've had three customers who have done this to me this year... -JP
I found that if you use anything bigger than 2Gb SD card you get the error. Check if they are doing it from SD. --JC
