Please read and follow these instructions to register for the ASTRO 7.9 Training.

 

There has been a huge amount of interest in attending the ASTRO 25 Release 7.9 training. Because of the unprecedented size of the release,53 features, the length of the training 50 hours, and the need to ensure that everyone is able to connect and participate when they need to, I need your help to ensure enough connections are available.

 

During this training you will be able to use either VoIP or a Phone bridge. We are limited to 130 phone lines, I can obtain more using an operated assisted call but the cost is double. To help with this cost reduction initiative I am asking your help with the following:

 

    1. I am asking all Schaumburg based personnel to attend the training in person in the Northwest Conference room, use VoIP, or assemble a group in a separate conference room and use 1 phone line.

 

    2. If you are planning on attending only part of the 7 1/2 days of training you should review the outline of subjects at the following Compass address:  http://compass.mot.com/go/349166204 to indentify the subjects and thus the days you will need to register for.

 

    3. We try to follow the schedule but please remember that the actual presentation time could vary up to plus or minus 45 minutes from the time scheduled as we proceed through each day.

 

    4. In order to plan for enough connections, etc. if you are planning to attend any session on a given day, you must register for each day seperately. T here are 8 registration buttons below, one for each day. I apologize for the inconvenience but if you are attending all 8 days you must register 8 times, once for each day, to ensure I have an accurate count to plan resources and to ensure you receive the webinar connection link for that day.

 

   5. If you are in Schaumburg we will be using the Northwest Conference room.
