Hi, When the policies are provision first time the jobs get delivered and packages are installed. The status show delivered on MSP and does not get Jobs completed status. When we delete the package from Mobile computer the jobs are no more delivered to the machines and packages are not installed. Any idea what could be the cause. Thanks & Regards Abdul Hamid

Abdul; You have not given us very much information, so its hard to tell what the issue may be. Have you opened a case with the help desk? They should be able to help collect the information needed to better understand your situation and suggest corrective action. And if they determine there is a problem, they will engage our engineers to assist.
