All, Does anyone have customers experiencing problems with our MCD products (specifically MC55) on an Aruba AP 105 network? Particularly the terminals appearing to drop off the network and loosing connectivity to the host, with other wireless devices (mobile chip and pin) not seeming to experience the same problems. I went through similar problems with this same customer in their trial sites last year when they had been using Aruba AP61s. We spent a lot of time visiting sites and proved that the wireless deployment was shoddy at best, and with a few tweaks of the wireless infrastructure we got pretty good service. They have now upgrade the 8 trial sites to AP 105s and lo and behold they are getting the same problems and want to know how they can change the way the MC55s roam!!! - yes once again its our fault!!! I suspect they just need to make the same changes I told them to change last year but it would interesting to see if there are any genuine Aruba gotchas out there. Thanks IJ
