ECI/UTF-8 chars within PDF417, DATAMATRIX

Hi, are we able to read with any of our Imager-Scanners (DSxxxx) PDF417 and/or Datamatrix symbologies which contain ECI (Extended Character Interpretation)  or  UTF-8 characters see also attached samples
