I have a large customer that uses the MC9598 on the Sprint WAN all across the US.  They have a problem with correct time zone and thus correct time in Indiana and Arizona, non DST states.  It appears not to be a Srint issue as other devices do not have a problem.  The MC9598 in Phoenix, for example, can be set manually for GMT -7 Arizona.  It will get reset to GMT -7 Mountain.  Has anyone else seen this problem on the MC9598 in non DST states?
