Hi,

A partner reported to me a problem with the RD5000. When he replaced the battery in the RD5000 if he do not close the door adequately and re-open the door without removing the battery the unit freeze and he need to remove the battery wait some time and re-install the battery so the unit restart.

Did you even saw this problem, do we have a fix for it?
