Hi All I have a very large customer with 5000 x MC75A's deployed in a field service application. They make use of VCD7000 vehicle cradles which have been installed by an authorised Motorola installer. The customer has vehicles which travel in extreemly rough terrain for extended periods and the vehicles sustains a lot of shock and vibration.  Some of the users claim that they travel for 3 to 4 hours to a callout and during this travel period the MC75A "pops" out of the Cradle despite them affirming that the device was correctly locked into the cradle at the beginning of the journey. I have not witnessed this personally and have requested photo evidence of the alledged events. Has anyone in the community had a similar report from any of our customers? Has anyone experienced a similar issue with any of our customers? Regards Andrea
