5) Clarify Case # 2652997 Customer wants to be able to use Preshared VPN and Certificate VPN. Android phones have these options: pptp l2tp l2tp/ipsec psk l2tp/ipsec crt. The ET1 does not have all these options. Was this not included intentionally? Will it be added in later releases? Is a CPR or GRIP the only way for Customer to obtain these features?

1. This wasn't include intentionally, since most of the VPN connections weren't supported in our ET1 Android OS version 2.3.3. 2. Dev Team works on adding Junos Pulse (Juniper networks) into our upcoming OS releases, It should support VPN connection. I don't know when this version should be release, I can verify it for you if you like. 3. Android Icecream Sandwich (v 4.0) supported VPN connections, hence our future images that will be based on this OS will support VPN connection, obviously it will take a while.
