Does anyone know what the following registry entry is for? [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Qualcomm\RIL] "NITZCleanBoot"=dword:00000001 I have a customer which has ES400 lockups on units which have this entry. Other units which do not have it (I mean, it does not even exist) do not fail. Maybe it is just red-herrings, but just in case I want to know.
